Syracuse weather through Tuesday: windy, then wet, then white
In a matter of hours, changes will be noticeable in our weather. By 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning Tuesday, higher elevations should be experiencing winds over 20 mph and by sunrise, all of us in Central New York will be experiencing gusty southerly winds.
